We’re unable to book or reschedule  appointments via email unfortunately, but all appointments can be made by simply clicking the link below (24 hours a day).


Book an appointment:




1.      Why can’t I log into my profile?

Please access your account via the same method as when you registered, either via your Google account or your Facebook account, then type in your password.


2.      How do I change or cancel my booking?

Go to ‘log in’.

Then select ‘my details’.

Go to ‘manage your booking’ then select ’reschedule’ or ’cancel’.


3.      I have several bookings for different family members, but I can’t see them all?

Multiple accounts will have been created if you used a different name, email or phone number when booking for each person. You will need to go to each individual account.

* We are pleased to cancel or re-schedule without a fee, up to 12hours before your appointment. However,  cancelling, re-scheduling or not  attending your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as we will be unable to use the time to see other clients
